Cancellation Policy
• A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booked service fee.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service fee.
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, the appointment may be canceled or shortened.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
